You’ll lead the strategy that ensures families and patients find our senior living, home health, and hospice affiliates first — wherever they’re searching. ** What You’ll Do**
* ** Organic Ranking Strategy:
** Build and execute SEO strategies that improve organic visibility and keyword rankings across senior living and home health verticals.
* ** Directory & Listing Optimization:
** Manage 200+ digital listings using Bird Eye, ensuring 100% accuracy and consistency across all digital platforms.
* ** Optimize for AI & Google:
** Implement best practices for LLM visibility and ensure our websites appear prominently in AI‑generated responses and Google rankings.
* ** Word Press Website Management:
** Update and optimize Word Press sites for performance, mobile experience, and SEO‑informed content delivery.
* ** Cross‑Functional

Collaboration:

** Work closely with web and design teams to produce unified, high‑impact content that supports brand and SEO goals.
* ** Technical SEO Leadership:
** Maintain strong technical site health — including crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, and structured data.
* ** Adapt to a Changing Landscape:
** Stay ahead of evolving search algorithms, AI trends, and digital needs in a competitive healthcare environment.##
** What You Bring
*** 3–5+ years of professional SEO experience, ideally within healthcare or senior living.
* Proficiency in Word Press and directory management tools like Bird Eye.
* Strong understanding of organic ranking signals, local SEO, and AI search behavior.
* Ability to manage large‑scale, high‑volume data with precision and accuracy.
* Experience partnering with design teams to align visual content with SEO best practices.
* Knowledge of current digital best practices and emerging search technologies.##
