Changeis, Inc. is seeking a Cloud Dev Ops Engineer 2 to support enterprise IT shared services operations within a cabinet-level federal agency environment
. This role blends software development lifecycle expertise with cloud infrastructure engineering in a Dev Sec Ops  model.

• Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (AWS preferred)
• Operate within a Dev Sec Ops  framework aligned with federal security requirements
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
• Implement automated infrastructure capabilities including backups, monitoring, and security tooling
• Utilize configuration and deployment tools (Jenkins, Maven, Puppet, Ansible)
• Manage version control workflows (Git, Bitbucket, SVN, or similar)
• Collaborate across development and operations teams to streamline delivery

• 10+ years of IT experience (application development background preferred)
• 6+ years in Dev Ops/SDLC environments
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, automation, and Dev Sec Ops  principles
• Hands‑on AWS experience and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Cloud Formation, or CDK)
• Experience with deployment/configuration tools (Jenkins, Maven, Puppet, Ansible)
• Experience with version control systems (Git, Bitbucket, SVN)
• Knowledge of networking, databases, and cloud architecture
• Ability to obtain and maintain a federal public trust clearance

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• AWS Dev Ops Engineer Professional or Solutions Architect Professional certification
• Familiarity with federal Dev Sec Ops  frameworks
• Scripting experience (Python, Bash, Power Shell)
• Monitoring tools (Cloud Watch, Splunk, Datadog, Prometheus)
• Experience supporting federal IT contracts
