Iron Key Capital is expanding our network of Venture Partners - driven professionals, operators, and founders ready to invest, support, and grow alongside the next generation of startups in Web3 and AI.

This is not a job title. It’s a way to actively break into venture capital, gain real exposure, and make meaningful investments.

Who We Are

• Over 200 Limited Partners across the globe
• 7 figures deployed annually into pre-seed and seed Web3 and AI startups
• A focus on DePIN, Layer 2s, token economies, and AI infrastructure

What You’ll Do as a Venture Partner

This is a hands-on opportunity to:

• Source and evaluate early-stage deals
• Support founders with capital and strategic insight
• Join our Investment Committee and global investor network

You’ll also complete our 12-week Accelerator where you’ll gain experience in:

• Deal sourcing, diligence, and syndicate structuring
• Term sheets, cap tables, carry mechanics, and founder engagement
• Web3 venture operations, LP dynamics, and portfolio support

What You Gain

Who We’re Looking For

• Have experience in Web3, DePIN, AI, or emerging tech
• Are a founder, operator, or investor
• Have access to capital, deals, or strategic networks
• Want to build your investor track record while contributing meaningfully

Program Buy-In: $10,000

• $5,000 is allocated to our on-chain investment club
• $5,000 covers full access to our investor platform, tools, accelerator, and ongoing support
