ECS is seeking an IT Helpdesk Support Service Specialist in Pocatello, provide front-line technical support for PC, server, and mainframe applications. You will serve as the primary contact for IT inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure effective communication with end users.
The ideal candidate must have a Top‑Secret Clearance and the ability to work various shifts in a 24/7 operational environment. A background in ITSM and experience with JIRA are desired.
