- Minimum of 7 years of proven success in California workers' compensation claims adjusting experience
- Current license to adjust workers’ compensation claims in California
- Ability to work Pacific Time Zone business hours
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Industry designations such as Associate in Claims are highly regarded
- 10+ years of experience in workers' compensation claims adjusting
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a competitive mindset
- Familiarity with high exposure claims and strategies for resolution
- Experience working with medical case management and surveillance vendors
