Registered Nurse, Med Surg – Travel assignment in Pocatello, Idaho. Start date 07/20/2026. Travel assignment for several weeks. Shift is 3x12-hour days. Weekly pay range: $1,457–$1,527 per week. Setting: hospital medical-surgical unit serving adults and geriatrics.

• Provide direct, patient-centered nursing care for adults and geriatrics on a medical-surgical/acute unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
• Administer medications and manage IV therapy, oxygen support, and related therapies; monitor responses and adjust care as needed.
• Assist with post-operative and renal/acute care needs; participate in CIWA management for substance withdrawal when indicated; respond to rapid responses and Code events.
• Support wound care, wound VAC management, chest tube and drain care, feeding tubes, and other advanced clinical tasks within scope.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams (PT, Respiratory, Pharmacy, Social Services, Interpretation Services, IV Team) and communicate with patients and families; ensure safe patient transport and turnover.
• Document thoroughly in Epic, adhere to isolation precautions and infection control practices, and participate in discharge planning and patient education.

• Active RN license in Idaho or a compact state; license must be in hand at time of submittal.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience in Med-Surg and/or Telemetry.
• Travel experience required.
• Trauma Level II experience preferred.
• Ability to float to other units as competencies allow when needed.

  graduation from an accredited RN program with current licensure.

• Competitive weekly pay: $1,457–$1,527 per week.
• Orientation: 24 hours of on-site orientation; RN modules 4–6 hours (non-billable).
• Credentialing and onboarding support to enable a timely start.
• Epic charting system experience required; on-unit interdisciplinary support.
• Ongoing recruiter and travel support throughout the assignment.
• Pre-approved time off is managed per contract terms.
