Elite Home Health and Hospice is a Medicare‑certified home health and hospice agency that serves Asotin & Garfield Counties in Washington and Nez Perce County in Idaho. Our team of professionals is dedicated to providing life‑changing service in your home under the direction of your physician.

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, hygiene, dressing, and mobility.
• Provide respectful, compassionate care in patients’ homes.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team.
• Follow individualized care plans and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members.

• Active CNA certification (state‑licensed).
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
• Strong communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently in home settings.
