Registered Nurse – Medical/Surgical
Schedule:
3x12 hour Nights
Assignment Details:
- Census: 48 beds / daily census 48
- Patient ratio: 1:6
Requirements:
- State or Compact nursing license
- BLS certification
- 2 years of nursing experience preferred
- Travel experience required
- Trauma Level II experience preferred
- EMR:
Epic - Key clinical skills:
- Med/Surg and Tele/acute care
- Respiratory support: HFNC, BiPAP/CPAP
- Airway/tracheostomy care
- Vascular access: IV starts, peripheral/PICC/central line management
- Monitoring/assessment: ABG interpretation
- Dialysis pre/post management
Compliance / Notes:
- All RTO must be listed at the time of submittal
- Previous staff must wait 1 year before returning as a traveler
- Orientation: 24 hours
