Registered Nurse

Seeking experienced Registered Nurses to provide specialized care on a 24-bed Progressive Care/Stepdown/Telemetry unit. The role involves managing complex patient cases in a high-acuity environment with a focus on stroke, trauma, and cardiac care.

• Administer advanced patient care for critically ill and post-operative patients.
• Monitor and interpret telemetry and cardiac rhythms to detect early signs of deterioration.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, safety standards, and documentation procedures.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations, including stroke and trauma alerts.
• Maintain proficiency in certification requirements and ongoing competency assessments.

• Hold a valid RN license in the state or Compact license at the time of submission.
• Possess at least 1 year of recent experience in a Progressive Care, Stepdown, or Telemetry unit.
• Certified in ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS.
• Demonstrate strong critical thinking, clinical judgment, and communication skills.
• Ability to work 3×12 night shifts and adhere to assignment requirements.
