Soleo Health is seeking a Per Diem Infusion Nurse to support infusion patients in Pocatello, surrounding areas. You will provide direct patient care, educate families, and coordinate home infusion therapies in line with Soleo standards.
Responsibilities include safety assessments, care planning, on-call support, and timely documentation while traveling to patient homes. RN license in Idaho and infusion experience are required or preferred.
