Registered Nurse - Night Shift

This is a 13-week contract position.

Shift: 4x12-Hour Nights (19:00 - 07:00)

The Registered Nurse will demonstrate knowledge and appropriate use of the Nursing Process for patients across all age groups. The successful candidate will document thoroughly as care is delivered, follow regulatory and hospital requirements, and practice in a clinical environment through the application of theoretical knowledge and practical skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Assume responsibility for clinical competencies and professional development of self and others.
• Utilize good judgment and demonstrate patience while adhering to best practices for patient care.
• Work in a busy, stressful environment while adapting to changes in patient safety requirements.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• 2 years of nursing experience preferred.
• Travel experience preferred.
• Certifications:
  
  BLS.
• Must possess either a state or compact license at the time of application.
• Experience with electronic medical records, specifically Epic, required.
