Food Service Worker/Cashier – Full time and part time.

Monday – Friday, 10:00 am – 3:30 pm. Full time and part time schedules are available.

No experience required.

$11.00 – $13.50 per hour.

Cashiering duties, general food service work, and sanitation standards in preparation, service, and dining facilities.

• Prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables; weigh and measure ingredients.
• Carry pans, kettles, and trays of food to work stations, stove, and refrigerator in accordance with safety standards.
• Store foods in designated areas following wrapping, dating, and food safety and rotation procedures.
• Clean work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety requirements.
• Use approved food recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures, and portion control.
• Serve customers in a friendly, efficient manner following outlined steps of service.
• with customers and resolve complaints in a friendly, service‑oriented manner.
• Relate relevant information to supervisor.
• Perform sales transactions and enter sales into the cash register to ensure accurate recording.
• Make change, accept declining balance cards and other acceptable forms of payment.
• Issue receipts to customers and follow standard procedures for cash refunds.
• Responsible for all assigned change funds and cash receipts, ensuring drawer compliance with overage/shortage standards.
• Replenish condiments, beverages, and general supplies while maintaining service area cleanliness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
