What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell additional services
  • Make outbound calls to potential business customers to present communication packages
  • Provide high-level customer service by accurately entering customer data into the Sales Force system
  • Utilize product knowledge to assist customers with inquiries and demonstrate the benefits of switching services
  • Problem‑solve and find solutions to encourage customer commitment
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of three to six months of related experience and/or training
  • Outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
  • Strong ability to direct conversations and close sales
  • Proactive approach to customer engagement
  • Preferred educational qualification:
    Associate’s degree or higher
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Previous experience in a customer service or sales role
  • Ability to demonstrate a strong understanding of telecommunications products and services
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Sales Force
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outgoing personality with a knack for building rapport with customers
