Hirning GMC is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Automotive Sales Associate to join our growing team. If you enjoy working with people, have strong communication skills, and want an uncapped earning potential, this is the opportunity for you.

• Greet customers and help them find the right vehicle to fit their needs and budget
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
• Explain features, pricing, financing options, and warranties
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records

• Previous sales or customer service experience (automotive experience a plus, but not required)
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
  
  Ability to work evenings and weekends
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
