Compensation (DOE): up to $140,000 + 30% bonus
Job DescriptionWe are hiring a Sales Manager to lead growth across Canada, Mexico (required experience), the Caribbean, and South America. The role focuses on international markets and strong distributor and retail relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Drive sales growth across multiple international regions.
- Manage and expand distributor relationships.
- Develop and execute retail strategies across key accounts.
- Build strong partnerships with global retailers.
- Proven experience working within Mexico markets (required).
- Fluent in Spanish (bilingual required).
- Experience calling directly on retailers.
- Hands‑on experience working with Walmart internationally.
- Ability to travel up to 50% internationally.
- Strong understanding of distributor and retail channels in Latin America and the Caribbean.
- Base salary up to $140,000 (DOE) + 30% bonus potential.
- Opportunity for international assignments and travel.
