The Role
PATH Water is seeking a driven, detail-oriented National Sales Distribution Manager to own and optimize our wholesale distribution network. You will be the key point of contact for distributor partners, ensuring execution, availability, and growth across national and regional retailers.
This is a fully remote role within the United States, but it does require up to 25% travel to support key distributor relationships and business priorities.

Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day relationships with national and regional distributors (e.g., UNFI, KeHE, Core-Mark, etc.)
- Oversee distributor onboarding, pricing, promotional programs, and compliance
- Identify and resolve service gaps such as out-of-stocks, delivery issues, and void closures
- Monitor distributor performance (e.g., sales, fill rates, deductions) and lead quarterly business reviews
- Partner with Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) to ensure aligned field execution and retail pull-through
- Own and continuously optimize PATH’s route-to-market strategy, including new distributor expansion opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, demand planning, and supply chain to
- forecast and manage inventory flow
- Regularly report on distribution KPIs, trends, and opportunities to leadership
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in the CPG/beverage industry with a focus on distributor management
- Proven track record working with UNFI, KeHE, McLane, Core-Mark, or similar distributors
- Deep understanding of wholesaler dynamics, trade terms, and retail execution
- Highly organized with strong analytical and communication skills
- Willingness to travel as needed (up to 25%)

Individual pay rate decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall healthily throughout the range based on these factors. While the range above is for the expectations as laid out in the job description, the final offer amount will depend on the factors listed above.
