Scaffolding Laborer

- Load, unload, and transport scaffolding materials and equipment.
- Assisting in erecting and dismantling scaffolding structures under supervision.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Inspecting scaffold components for damage or defects.
- Following all company and OSHA safety regulations.
- Securing tools, materials, and equipment properly.
- Communicating with crew members and supervisors to complete tasks efficiently.
- Performing general labor duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Prior construction or labor experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs. repeatedly.
- Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
- Good balance and coordination.
- Awareness of safety procedures.
- Time management and punctuality.
- Outdoor construction and industrial sites.
- Exposure to noise, dust, heights, and changing weather.
- May require overtime, weekends, or travel depending on project needs.
- Frequent lifting, carrying, bending, climbing, and standing for long periods.
- Ability to climb ladders and scaffolding safely.
Hourly Rate: $18.00-$20.00 per hour DOE.
