• Install residential and commercial garage doors, openers, and related equipment.
• Diagnose and repair garage door systems safely and efficiently.
• Educate customers on repair options, maintenance, and product upgrades.
• Identify opportunities for additional products and services that benefit the customer.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and represent the company professionally.
• Complete job documentation and communicate effectively with customers and office staff.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Basic hand and power tools preferred (accommodations available).
• Garage door, construction, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, automotive, or other technical experience is a plus—but we are willing to train the right person.

$75,000-$100,000+ annually
