JBG SMITH is seeking a maintenance technician to uphold high standards across our apartment communities. You will respond to resident requests, diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry issues, and perform routine preventative maintenance.
This on-site role requires a high-school diploma and 2 years of maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with a flexible on-call schedule and 30-minute emergency response.
