Fire Extinguisher Shop Technician for Testing & Recharging Fire Extinguishers

Bonus if you have

• Prior experience in fire protection, construction, or maintenance (not required)

• Able to sit, stand, kneel, stoop, and crouch for extended periods
• Capable of climbing ladders, scaffolding, and stairs
• Can lift and move up to 70 lbs
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various conditions
• Can operate a vehicle safely and navigate tight spaces

• Inspect and test fire extinguishers and fire suppression systems
• Perform annual inspections on extinguishers
• Conduct semi-annual inspections on suppression systems
• Diagnose and repair suppression systems as needed
• Document findings and report any safety concerns or deficiencies

We have a standard Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm schedule, but must be willing to occasionally come in early or stay late when workload requires it.
