This position offers great work-life balance with a consistent schedule. Our offices are open Monday through Friday and a 40-hour schedule will be collaboratively established during training.

Minimum Qualifications

This position requires experience performing semi-skilled maintenance and repair involving carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance trades. This experience is typically gained by at least six months experience performing general duties in this area
-OR- completion of a vocational-technology course in this area.

This position requires some knowledge of HVAC and mechanical systems maintenance. This knowledge is typically gained through formal training/education on HVAC systems
-OR- through six months of professional work experience performing routine HVAC maintenance.
