Leading Hand, Trades ​/ Skilled Labor, Maintenance Technician ​/ Mechanic

Liebherr Indonesia is seeking an experienced and motivated Leading Hand to lead and coordinate a team of technicians responsible for all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities on the customer's Liebherr excavator fleet. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with Liebherr standards, while providing technical leadership and driving team performance to maximize equipment reliability, machine availability, and customer satisfaction.

• Lead and supervise maintenance personnel in daily operations.
• Coordinate and monitor maintenance activities to ensure safety, quality, and productivity.
• Provide technical support, coaching, and workforce development.
• Ensure compliance with maintenance procedures, HSE requirements, and company policies.
• Control work documentation, resource utilization, and job completion quality.
• Support planning, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Act on behalf of the next higher level position when required.
• Minimum 3-5 years of heavy equipment maintenance experience, including at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or Leading Hand role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Proficient in heavy equipment maintenance such as:
  Excavators, Dump Trucks, Bulldozers,Graders,etc. (especially Liebherr products).
• Competent in maintenance planning, troubleshooting, Work Orders, SOPs, and JSAs.
• Demonstrated leadership, coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong commitment to HSE standards and safe work practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office experience is an advantage.
• Possession of a POP certificate is preferred.
• Willing to work on a roster/shift schedule and in remote mining operations.
