Part-Time Bilingual Advocate (Spanish Required)

Family Services Alliance of Southeast Idaho is seeking a Part‑Time Bilingual Advocate to support survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking. This role is 20 hours per week

, and on‑call duties WILL apply

This position is hands‑on, meaningful, and community‑centered.

Position Details
  • Part‑time: 20 hours per week
  • Spanish‑speaking required
  • On‑call rotation REQUIRED
  • Hourly pay: $15.00–$18.00/hour (DOE)
  • Additional on‑call compensation provided
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide survivor‑centered individual advocacy
  • Court advocacy and legal system support
  • Crisis response and safety planning
  • Case management and emergency support
  • Collaboration with community partners
  • Participation in required on‑call coverage
Minimum Qualifications
  • Fluency in Spanish (required)
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
  • Availability and flexibility for on‑call duties
  • Live locally with reliable transportation
  • Dependable, professional, and team‑oriented
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
