Now Hiring:Part-Time Bilingual Advocate (Spanish Required)
Family Services Alliance of Southeast Idaho is seeking a Part‑Time Bilingual Advocate to support survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking. This role is 20 hours per week
, Spanish fluency is required
, and on‑call duties WILL apply

This position is hands‑on, meaningful, and community‑centered.
Position Details- Part‑time: 20 hours per week
- Spanish‑speaking required
- On‑call rotation REQUIRED
- Hourly pay: $15.00–$18.00/hour (DOE)
- Additional on‑call compensation provided
- Provide survivor‑centered individual advocacy
- Court advocacy and legal system support
- Crisis response and safety planning
- Case management and emergency support
- Collaboration with community partners
- Participation in required on‑call coverage
- Fluency in Spanish (required)
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
- Availability and flexibility for on‑call duties
- Live locally with reliable transportation
- Dependable, professional, and team‑oriented
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Employee Assistance Program (EAP) including mental health counseling
- Simple IRA (sIRA) with up to 3% employer match
