Planning and implementing daily program activities.

Coordinating fun and educational activities.

Assisting the director with designated activities.

Create and implement educational lesson plans based on the creative curriculum

Be mission focused:
Help every child to learn and grow in their own unique style.

Be able to display and uphold our core values: love, learning, support, respect, & communication.

Associates degree required in early childhood education, or a related field is required for lead teacher positions.

GED or Diploma required for aide positions.

Be able to criminal and sexual abuse background checks.

CPR certification, or willing to obtain.

Have reliable transportation.

Above average pay for the industry in our area with ranges from 13-20+ per hour depending on position, experience, and education.
