St. Peter School, a vibrant Pre-K3 through 8th Grade Catholic community, is seeking a dedicated, energetic, and faith-filled Art Teacher to join our faculty. Located just blocks from the ocean, our school is a high-achieving environment where we prioritize the spiritual, academic, and social-emotional development of every child.
Position: Part-Time Art Teacher
Location: Saint Peter School, Saint Peter School | Point Pleasant Beach, NJ
Key Qualifications- Pedagogical Excellence: Demonstrated strength in teaching various mediums of art with the ability to differentiate instruction for diverse learners.
- Classroom Management: Skilled in creating a nurturing, structured environment using Positive Behavior Supports (PBS) to encourage social-emotional growth.
- Collaborative Spirit: A team player who communicates effectively with parents, colleagues, and administration.
- Plan and implement engaging, standards-based lessons that integrate Catholic values.
- Foster a classroom culture of respect, kindness, and academic curiosity.
- Participate in school liturgies, faculty meetings, and professional development.
