TD Bank - - Responsibilities:
Process cash transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan and safe deposit box payments efficiently;
Balance cash drawers and ATMs/Teller Cash Dispensers/Teller Cash Recyclers as necessary;
Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and concerns using standard procedures;
Educate customers on TD's products and services or refer them to a partner for specialized solutions;
Ensure compliance with Bank Secrecy Act and Patriot Act to minimize risk and protect the customer
