Job Overview
Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self‑service resources such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATM.
Key Responsibilities- Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions for clients.
- Conduct deep conversations with clients to understand their financial priorities and connect them to appropriate solutions.
- Execute the bank's risk culture and strive for operational excellence.
- Build relationships with clients to meet their financial needs.
- Follow established processes and guidelines, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
- Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments.
- Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively.
- Drive the client experience and manage cash responsibilities.

- One year of successful sales experience in a salary‑plus‑incentive environment with individual sales goals.
- Six months of cash handling experience.
- Bachelor's Degree or business‑related associate’s degree (e.g., business management, business administration, finance).

Minimum education requirement:

CompensationHourly pay range: $25.00 – $26.77, based on experience, education, and skill set. Base salary only; no incentive eligibility.
