Registered Nurse; RN - Hospice

Job Summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring a Full‑Time Registered Nurse (RN) for hospice care in Point Pleasant, New Jersey, serving clients in Ocean and Monmouth counties. The role involves providing palliative care and medical support in patients' homes.

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, procedures, and comfort care.
• Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager.
• Follow up on, execute, and properly document doctors' orders.
• Perform client assessments as necessary.
• Occasional on‑call after hours and/or weekends.

• Current license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in New Jersey.
• Minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Prior home care and/or hospice experience strongly preferred, but not required.
• Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned.

Base pay of $40–$42 per hour, depending upon qualifications and subject to negotiation.
