We are currently seeking part time Registered Nurse Supervisors (RN) to support our nursing team and ensure high‑quality care for the infants, children, and young adults we serve.

• Day Shift: 7:00am – 7:30pm
• Night Shift: 7:00pm – 7:30am
• Part‑Time: 1 shift per week, every other weekend, 4‑week rotation

• Respond immediately to individual requests
• Supervise nursing care services and staff on all units while on duty
• Actively promote facility safety programs
• Assume responsibility as the Infection Preventionist Nurse, if required
• Assume responsibility for nursing services in the absence of the Assistant Director of Nursing Services and/or Director of Nursing Services

• State license and current registration to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in Pennsylvania
• Minimum of two (2) years’ nursing experience, and at least one (1) year of experience in a nursing leadership role; experience in pediatric, hospital or long‑term care nursing required
• Baccalaureate degree in nursing preferred
• Creative problem‑solving skills and diplomatic handling of problems required
• Ability to supervise departmental staff effectively and ensure high standards of care are maintained
• Previous experience in nursing education and/or in‑service training preferred
• Ability to relate well to pediatric residents from birth to 21 years; respectful and caring attitude towards residents required
• Must be 21 years or older
