Crest Pointe Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in New Jersey is seeking an LPN for per-diem and full-time opportunities. Shifts include 7 AM–3 PM, 3 PM–11 PM, 11 PM–7 AM, with daily pay options and incentives. The hourly range is $31.00–$38.00, all-inclusive.
Shift differentials apply for 3 PM–11 PM and 11 PM–7 AM. As an LPN, you will provide patient care per the plan of care, administer medications, monitor residents, document accurately, and support a safe, respectful environment.
