Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive financial needs analyses for clients, assessing their risk tolerance, financial situation, and objectives.
- Develop personalized financial plans covering investment, retirement planning, risk management (insurance), and estate planning.
- Present and explain financial strategies and product recommendations clearly to clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a diverse client base.
- Stay current with market trends, economic conditions, and new financial products and regulations.

- Relevant degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Financial Advisor or in a similar client-facing financial planning role.
- Relevant industry certifications and licenses (e.g., RE5, NQF Level 5 in relevant fields).
- Strong understanding of investment products, insurance, retirement planning, and estate planning principles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
