About the Role

Our client is seeking a skilled Aircraft Cabin Interior Technician to join their maintenance and cabin services team in Polokwane . This role is vital for ensuring the comfort, safety, and aesthetic appeal of aircraft interiors. You will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and upgrade of cabin components, including seating, galleys, lavatories, overhead bins, and in-flight entertainment systems. The ideal candidate will possess excellent craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of aircraft cabin systems and regulations.

• Perform repairs and maintenance on aircraft seats, upholstery, and carpeting.
• Service and repair galley equipment , lavatory systems, and associated components.
• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain in-flight entertainment (IFE) systems and cabin electronics.
• Ensure all interior modifications and repairs comply with aviation safety standards and regulations.
• Conduct detailed inspections of cabin interiors to identify any damage or wear.
• Document all maintenance and repair activities accurately in the relevant logs.

• Experience as an Aircraft Interior Technician or related field (e.g., upholstery, electronics repair).
• Proficiency in repairing and maintaining cabin amenities, including seats, galleys, and lavatories .
• Knowledge of aircraft cabin systems, including IFE and environmental controls.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and diagrams.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
• Experience working within an aviation maintenance environment is preferred.
