Field Installation Specialist - HVAC Systems

Our client is seeking a skilled Field Installation Specialist with expertise in HVAC systems to join their team in Polokwane. This position involves the professional installation, servicing, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units for residential and commercial clients. You will be responsible for ensuring that all installations meet the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and safety. The ideal candidate is technically proficient, customer-focused, and capable of working independently in a field environment.

This role is critical for delivering reliable HVAC solutions and ensuring customer comfort and satisfaction throughout the Limpopo province, contributing to the company's reputation for excellence.

• Install new HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, and ventilation components.
• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and servicing of existing HVAC units.
• Diagnose and repair system malfunctions, replacing parts as necessary.
• Ensure all installations comply with manufacturer specifications, local codes, and safety regulations.
• Provide customers with clear explanations of services performed and recommendations for system care.
• Maintain accurate service records and inventory of parts used.

• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or Installation Specialist.
• Strong knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems and their components.
• Proficiency in reading technical manuals and understanding HVAC schematics.
• Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Customer service orientation with strong communication abilities.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
