Our client is looking for a proficient On-Site Installation & Maintenance Engineer to join their team in Polokwane . • Execute installations and commissioning of new systems and equipment at client locations with precision.

• Utilize remote diagnostic software and tools to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently, complementing on-site efforts.
• Provide comprehensive technical support and training to clients on system operation and maintenance best practices.
• Maintain detailed service records, incident reports, and equipment logs for accurate tracking and analysis.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to relay field feedback and contribute to product improvements.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a field engineering or technical installation and maintenance role.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving complex hardware and software issues.
• Strong understanding of network protocols and system integration.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer-facing skills.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Polokwane and surrounding areas.
