Missions
Under the authority of the Head of the Enfance, Jeunesse Politique de la Ville Service, you are responsible for the programming of the Politique de la Ville. This includes writing grant application dossiers, animating and participating in technical and steering instances of the city policy with the State and partners, conducting and instructing the annual programming of actions, ensuring coherence and administrative, financial, and operational follow-up, setting up dashboards, and balances.
You will also develop and articulate on the Priority Neighborhoods of the City, the projects and themes defined as priorities, in concertation with municipal services, local associations, residents, and institutional and financial partners. Additionally, you will foster the strategy of development of citizen participation and consultation devices led by the city, reinforce the links between the project leader and the other devices of the city policy, particularly the PRE, and supervise the mediators of the commune.
Sought
Knowledge of the administrative and financial aspects of the city policy and the institutional environment. Knowledge of public policies (employment, social, socio-educational, health, prevention and security...) and cross-funding State/Local Authorities. Experience in project design and conduct, network animation. Confirmed experience in a similar position. Negotiation techniques. Priority management and analytical spirit. Writing skills. Advice and proposal strength. Motivation and dynamism. Autonomy, rigor, organization, method, availability, and public service sense.
