Successful candidate will be motivated to provide quality, timely work and focused on achieving daily goals. They will work outside with minimal supervision to maintain production and quality while following basic safety procedures and keeping a clean work area.
Responsibilities- Build baskets and place rocks into those baskets for shipping.
- Bag rock using a bagger and forklift.
- Help load trucks with a forklift and pallet jack.
- Pass drug screen at pre‑hire and at random.
- Follow both written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Repeat a series of tasks with accuracy.
- Communicate verbally with office staff and other labor team members.
- Lift 20 pounds repetitively.
- Maintain a clean work area and follow basic safety procedures.
