Description:

Travel experience is required. The position may float between units as needed. On-call is required once per pay period, maximum as needed. Weekends are required, typically every other weekend. Block schedules are unknown. Expected ratios are 1:1, 1:2, 1:3, 1:4, 1:6. Facility highlights include critical access type of facility. Total staff beds are 22. Scrub color can be any color; required equipment is provided.

Charting is done using Epic. There are additional unit details such as interdisciplinary support which includes physical therapy, respiratory services, and social services. Patient age groups include neonates, infants, and adults. Daily census and a number of visits per day are minimal. Staffing and scheduling are self-scheduled. Holiday coverage is required; must work at least one holiday during summer and winter assignments.

All travelers should be prepared to float within the facility. References are required covering recent experience. Candidates should not reach out to facility contacts directly unless for an interview communicated by an authorized manager. Modules are completed before the start and annually, with time spent on modules self-reported.
