Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Med Surg Acute Care team in Polson, Montana. As an RN in the Med Surg unit, you will provide professional, evidence-based, and holistic nursing care to patients across the lifespan. You'll ensure care is compassionate, coordinated, and tailored to each individual's physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.

• Deliver safe, high-quality, evidence-based nursing care in an acute care Med Surg environment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
• Utilize clinical judgment and critical thinking to address complex patient conditions
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in quality assurance activities
• Adhere to ANA Code of Ethics, state Nurse Practice Act, and organizational policies
• Ensure continuity of care through effective shift-to-shift communication
• Support the development of newer staff or students through mentoring and preceptorship

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Montana RN License (active, unencumbered) – upon hire
• BLS Certification (AHA) – upon hire
• ACLS and PALS Certification (AHA) – within 90 days of hire
• Minimum of 1 year of prior nursing experience

• National certification in Med Surg or specialty area (e.g., CMSRN, PCCN)
