- Pay Rate: $75.00 / Hour (USD)
- Shift / Schedule: Day Shift (5x8 Hours), 6:30 AM 3:00 PM; 4 days/week 10-hour days also a possibility

This is a first-time traveler perioperative RN opportunity at a Critical Access facility in Polson, MT. The position covers all areas within the surgery department, including Pre/Post Op, Circulating, PACU, and Endo. OR specialties include OBGYN, Ortho, GI, ENT, Pain, and Dental. The position will float between units per unit needs, and Epic is the EMR used at this facility.
Key Responsibilities- Float between units per unit needs
- Work within all areas of the surgery department:
Pre/Post Op, Circulating, PACU, and Endo - Provide care across OR specialties including OBGYN, Ortho, GI, ENT, Pain, and Dental
- Maintain expected patient ratios of 1:1, 1:2, and 1:4 as applicable
- Participate in variable on-call shifts on weekends and nights (approximately 8 shifts/month)
- Work every 3rd or 4th weekend depending on rotation and time-off requests
- Document and chart using Epic EMR
- Perioperative nursing experience
- Proficiency with Epic EMR
- Ability to work across multiple surgical specialties (OBGYN, Ortho, GI, ENT, Pain, Dental)
- Ability to float between units as needed
- Competency in Pre/Post Op, Circulating, PACU, and Endo settings
- Willingness and availability for on-call shifts (variable, weekends and nights)
- Flexibility to work weekends per rotation schedule
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure required
