• Manage labor and delivery, triage obstetrical patients, postpartum and newborn care
• Perform sterile vaginal exams and provide circulator support for cesarean deliveries
• Initiate IV access and assist with postpartum hemorrhage management; monitor fetal status with wireless monitoring
• Document care in Epic; collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (PT, Respiratory, Radiology, Social Services, Pharmacy, Rapid Response)
• Float between OB areas as needed, with no cross-patient assignments outside obstetrics; support newborn care
• Ensure patient safety, infection control, and adherence to unit protocols

• Active RN license in Montana or a Compact state at time of submission
• Required certifications: BLS, NRP, CLC
• Minimum 3+ years of recent L&D/LDRP experience (must include L&D, triage, postpartum); travel RN experience preferred
• Epic charting experience
• On-call availability; ability to float within OB units as needed
• Two professional references covering at least 1 year within the last 3 years
