Step into a role where your insights truly shape the business. As a Senior Specialist in Business Planning & Analysis, you will be at the heart of strategic decision‑making—transforming data into meaningful insights and driving actions that make a real impact.
You will partner with cross‑functional leaders, influence key decisions, and help build a strong, performance‑driven culture powered by data and forward‑thinking analysis.
Responsibilities
Lead long‑term planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles, ensuring strong alignment with strategic priorities.
Own the monthly HQ cost closing, delivering clear, impactful insights to senior leadership.
Turn numbers into stories by analysing variances, identifying cost drivers, risks, and opportunities, and proposing actionable solutions.
Act as a trusted finance partner to functions like HR, IT, and Legal, supporting smarter decisions and efficient resource allocation.
Ensure transparency and consistency across the organization by managing cost centres and internal recharges.
Drive innovation by designing financial models, dashboards, and automation tools in collaboration with ICT.
Continuously enhance processes, systems, and controls, fostering a data‑driven, performance‑oriented mindset.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and audit requirements.
Oversee Capex planning and tracking, supporting investment prioritisation and ROI‑driven decisions.
Qualifications
Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or Management Engineering.
Minimum 7+ years of experience in FP&A, business controlling, or finance business partnering roles, preferably in matrix or multinational organisations.
Deep knowledge of financial planning, performance management, and cost controlling methodologies.
Proficient in enterprise ERP systems (e.g., SAP FI/CO) and advanced planning/reporting tools (e.g., SAP SAC, BW, Power BI).
Strong business partnering capabilities with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and challenge constructively.
High level of ownership, autonomy, and problem‑solving mindset.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Salary
Salary range: 48000–60000€
The compensation range indicated in this job posting represents an estimated average range for the position. The final remuneration will be determined based on the selected candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications, in accordance with applicable EU pay transparency and pay equity requirements.
