Overview Experteer Overview In this role you drive sales and account growth for Acuvue across Emilia Romagna and Veneto, aligning with Vision/Medi Tech goals. You’ll collaborate with eye care professionals and customers to expand adoption and optimize product mix. You’ll leverage CRM and territory planning to meet annual targets while shaping customer offerings. This is a performance-driven opportunity within a global healthcare leader focused on smarter, less invasive vision care.

Hit sales, distribution, and product mix objectives for Acuvue Promote clinical advantages to drive prescribing

Tailor approach using sales materials and customer insights

Develop territory/journey plans using CRM and reports

Monitor partner accounts and territory progress to meet plan Build and maintain customer relationships to grow the business

Conduct pre-call planning and schedule future appointments

Maintain up-to-date product, market, and policy knowledge

Contribute to customer offerings and new product initiatives

Input and share CRM data with colleagues and customers

Attend sales meetings and manage budget guidance for customer practices

Responsibilities

University degree

Account Management and negotiation experience

Strong listening, questioning, communication, and probing skills

Ability to coach and present clearly

Analytical, numerical thinking and long-term planning

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Excellent interpersonal skills and priority setting

Team player with leadership and proven selling ability

Strategic planning experience

Sales/Marketing experience in FMCG or OTC pharma is a plus Residence in area or willingness to relocate

Valid driver’s license
