Accounts Receivable Clerk (Bilingual Spanish) - Temp-to-Hire

Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA

Pay Rate: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Adecco is currently seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk for a leading manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, experience supporting a manufacturing environment, and be bilingual in Spanish. This is an excellent temp-to-hire opportunity for a motivated professional looking to grow with a stable organization.

• Process and invoice open parts, equipment, and service sales orders.

• Send invoices to customers via mail, email, or fax.

• Process daily bank deposits and apply customer payments accurately.

• Maintain accounts receivable records and general ledger postings.

• Generate and distribute monthly customer statements.

• Follow up on past-due invoices and resolve payment discrepancies.

• Process customer credit card payments.

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding account balances and payments.

• Create monthly receivable reports for management.

• Maintain organized accounting files and records.

• Assist with other accounting department duties as needed.

• High School Diploma required;
  Associate Degree in Accounting preferred.

• Minimum 3 years of Accounts Receivable or Accounting experience required .

• Manufacturing industry experience is required.

• Bilingual Spanish/English required.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience with Made2
  
  Manage (M2M) software is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.

• Accounts Receivable collections experience.
• Customer service and vendor communication experience.
• Knowledge of accounting procedures and cash application processes.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
