The Staff Pad partnered with a nonprofit Federally Qualified Health Center in Pomona, CA to recruit an Accounts Receivable Specialist for their Billing Department. You will manage patient accounts, follow up on outstanding balances, and support accurate, efficient billing operations.
Reporting to the Revenue Cycle Operations department, you will analyze reimbursement activity, prepare refunds, assist with month-end reporting, and help train staff to minimize claim rejections.
