American Precast Concrete is hiring a highly organized and proactive Senior Executive Assistant to directly support our Founder & CEO and ensure seamless operations across our growing company. This full-time, in-person role based in Pomona, CA, is ideal for someone with a background in executive support, recruiting coordination, and office management who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
You’ll be a trusted partner to leadership—keeping priorities moving, managing schedules, coordinating internal processes, and helping create a more structured, efficient workplace.

Key Responsibilities- Executive Support
Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and daily priorities with precision and discretion
Prepare agendas, track action items, and follow up on deliverables
Coordinate high-level internal and external communications
Anticipate needs and maintain organized workflows
- Recruiting & Hiring Coordination
Post job openings, manage listings, and review incoming resumes
Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews
Support the CEO and hiring managers through offer and onboarding phases
- Onboarding & Employee Support
Coordinate new hire onboarding logistics, checklists, and paperwork
Ensure all tools and accounts are set up prior to each employee’s first day
Act as a primary contact for new hires and employee questions
- Office & Operations Administration
Maintain internal systems like Asana, Slack, and CRM platforms
Organize company SOPs, documents, and HR-related files
Coordinate payroll and benefits support with vendors
Help ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently
- Required:
3+ years in an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or Recruiting Coordinator role
Experience supporting C-level or senior leadership
Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
Proficiency in Google Workspace and scheduling tools
- Preferred:
Background in recruiting, HR coordination, or operations
Experience in construction, manufacturing, or similar industries
Familiarity with platforms like Asana, Slack, and CRM tools
Exceptionally organized and detail-focused
Proactive, dependable, and solution-oriented
High level of discretion and professionalism
Comfortable navigating changing priorities and fast-paced operations
$30–$35 per hour based on experience
