Provide a variety of administrative and operational support services for the College of Dental Medicine, primarily in the Office of Academic Affairs.

- Strong computer skills to format documents in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other software as required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to interact professionally with administration, faculty, staff, and students.
- Experience in creating schedules of activities, preferably in an academic setting.
- Ability to produce clear and concise reports; strong reasoning and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to prioritize and schedule work to resolve problems.
- Demonstrated commitment to an organization that values humanism.
- AA degree and/or any combination of experience/education as a substitute for minimum education.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 4–5 years administrative/clerical or equivalent experience.
- BA/BS preferred.
- Experience in an academic environment; 6+ years as Administrative Assistant/Associate or Executive Assistant preferred.
- Assist the supervisor in establishing priorities and resolving administrative issues.
- Oversee and perform tasks such as scheduling and admissions as assigned.
- Serve as a team member within the Office of Academic Affairs to provide seamless service to students, faculty and staff.
- Provide support for educational research to the CDM administration, faculty and OAA.
- Assist the Director of Education, Assistant Director of Education and Assistant Director of Outcomes Assessments with ongoing communications and reporting to aid in planning processes.
- Provide support to faculty in the construction, delivery, proctoring, and analysis of examinations, including creating SharePoint sites and coordinating technology needs for assessments, troubleshooting IT issues, and preparing performance reports for exams and OSCEs.
- Assist in curriculum delivery and assessment via educational technology, including SharePoint site maintenance, quiz creation, data management, and reporting requirements in Exam Soft.
- Provide administrative support to Assistant/Associate Deans as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.

Posting Details- Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; some evenings and weekends

Pay Scale- Minimum: $25.50 hourly
- Maximum: $27.00 hourly
