CONSTRUCTION MANAGER (Pomona, CA)
Direct all phases of construction project development, including feasibility analysis, scope definition, scheduling, procurement planning and execution, ensuring alignment with architectural and engineering specifications, regulatory requirements, and organizational objectives. 40 hrs./week, full time. Salary: $157,955/year.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent plus 5 years experience as Construction Manager, Project or Technical Manager, Engineering Manager, Senior Structural Engineer, Project Engineer, Draftsman, or related.
