Job Title:
Superintendent – Commercial Ground-Up experience

Location: Pomona, CA then Inland Empire and Los Angeles for other projects.

Employment Type: Full time

Compensation: Upwards of 120-150k.

About the Opportunity:

I’m representing a well-established General Contractor known for delivering high-quality commercial and infrastructure projects across Southern California. They are actively seeking a Superintendent for an upcoming project in Pomona involving underground utilities and commercial ground-up work.

This is a great opportunity for a Superintendent looking for steady work with high-impact clients across the healthcare, education, and utility sectors.

Project Snapshot:

• Start Date: Within the next few weeks
• Location: Pomona
• Scope: Underground utilities, commercial ground-up
• Clients/Work: Western University, USC, SoCal Edison
• Project Duration: Initial assignment ~3 months (typical project duration is 6–7 months)
• Typical Project Value: $2M range

What They’re Looking For:

• 5–10 years of Superintendent experience preferred (open to candidates with strong experience in fewer years)
• Strong background in commercial construction and underground utilities
• Proven ability to manage field operations, subcontractors, and schedule with minimal supervision
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with high expectations for safety and quality
