Construction Project Manager

$140,000 - $180,000 per year | Pomona, CA | On-site | Permanent

Lead complex, high-visibility historic restoration projects across Southern California while working with one of the most established specialty contractors in the market.

• Work on projects you can’t replicate elsewhere – high-end restorations, landmark buildings, and technically complex scopes
• Strong internal team of craftsmen and self-perform capabilities, so you’re not relying on subs for everything
• Established, stable company with a long track record and repeat client base
• Opportunity to grow into senior leadership roles while managing unique builds

• Manage multiple projects from preconstruction through closeout, typically in the restoration or adaptive reuse space
• Coordinate with field teams, estimators, and ownership to ensure schedule and budget are maintained
• Experience working on renovation, restoration, or technically complex commercial projects
• Ability to handle subcontractor coordination, RFIs, change orders, and cost tracking
• Background with historic, institutional, or commercial work preferred
