Construction Superintendent

Job Overview

Run field operations on detail-driven restoration projects where craftsmanship and sequencing matter as much as schedule. Oversee daily jobsite operations, safety, quality, and schedule execution.

Salary: $130,000 - $180,000 per year.

• Hands‑on projects where your field leadership actually impacts the finished product
• Work alongside in‑house craftsmen and specialty trades
• Strong pipeline of backlog tied to restoration and preservation work
• Less repetition than ground‑up work – every project has different challenges

• Oversee daily jobsite operations, safety, quality, and schedule execution
• Coordinate subcontractors and internal self‑perform crews
• Read and interpret plans with a strong focus on renovation sequencing
• Maintain site logistics, inspections, and milestone tracking

• Experience with rehab, restoration, or tenant improvement projects preferred
